This is available state-wide with the following digital consent management forms for:
- Excursion Permission
- State School Consent
- Online Service Consent
- Student Resource Scheme Participation Agreement Form.
What this means for you as a parent
Parents/guardians can easily give consent through QParents.
It uses the most up-to-date and relevant information from OneSchool and QParents, while also ensuring adequate security features are established.
Ultimately, this is a tool that allows schools to track and manage consent requests quickly and easily and in turn an easier process for you the parent. Providing greater visibility on the status of consent requests and a history of previous consent requests and their status.
