Hiring cost
$35.00 (+ GST) per hour for casual hire of the sports floor only.
$350.00 (+ GST) for functions.
This does not include sound and lighting.
A microphone on the stage is available for use, if required.
This charge applies to functions of approximately 6 hours duration.
A charge of $30.00 to set up will apply.
A refundable bond of $300.00 will apply for some events.
The cost of remote activation by security ($15.00) will be charged if the alarm system is not correctly activated by the hirer upon vacating the premises.

General usage information
The hirer is responsible for leaving the premises in a clean and tidy state.
The hirer is responsible for turning off lights and arming the security system before leaving the premises.
It is an Education Queensland stipulation that all licensees of school premises complete an Agreement to use Education Queensland Premises Application Form.
A copy of the licensee’s insurance policy for public liability is to be attached to this agreement. Keys are to be collected from the school during office hours (Monday – Friday from 9.00am – 3.30pm).
Smoking is prohibited in all government buildings and within school grounds.
If liquor is to be supplied or sold on the premises, the hirer must apply for an appropriate Liquor Permit under the
Liquor Act 1992.
A copy of the licence is to be attached to the Lease Agreement.
