Business activity affects the daily lives of all Australians
as they work, spend, save, invest, travel and play. It influences jobs,
incomes
and opportunities for personal enterprise. Business studies provide
young
people with business/industry knowledge, strategies and skills to make
informed
and reasoned decisions about their role in and contribution to the
global
community. The subject, Business Studies, undertaken in Years 9 – 10,
prepare students for the senior subjects of Accounting, Business
Communication and Technologies and BSB20115 Certificate II in Business.
