Q: I am not receiving any school communication. Has any been sent?
A: We are providing regular communication via email to parents. Please contact our office to ensure your details are up to date. We are also providing all communication on our school app, School Stream. For more information, click here.
Q: My child is locked out of their account. How do I reset the password?
A: Please contact our office for assistance on (07) 3869 7222.
Q: My child is having difficulties access the teamsite. Can you help?
A: Ensure you are not using Internet Explorer. For a range of tips, click here.
Q: Do I have to advise the school if my child is not attending?
A: Yes. Prior to 10am everyday, you child needs to complete the Daily Monitoring form. To access the form, click here.
Q: I cannot log in to the Daily Monitoring register. Can you help?
A: Your child must log into the Daily Monitoring register using their school username and password. You will not be able to gain access using a parent email.
Q: My child has advised they do not have any work. Is there work available?
A: Yes! Teachers are emailing students at the start of each week with the work they must complete. We will also email home a 'Parent Placemat' which will include the expectations of students each week. You can also find this information of our School Stream app.
